the long search and wait is over, we have the house. This morning, bright and early we were able to get in and start making our plans for renovations. We hope to get most stuff done before the move in date which is the end of May.
We were very pleased with the space and think once we are all done, it will make a great home.

Simple Pleasures. . . .
I've been tagged by Jamie and I guess the idea is you are supposed to list your 10 simple pleasures. so here are mine
1. taking walks with the family
2. Liam's smile and his giggle
3. watching the kids have fun together
4. laying in the sun
5. that fresh smell of the kids after a bubble bath
6. the smell of rain

8. listening to Aidan and Cassidy sing Praise and worship songs
9. reading a really good book
10. chocolate
We are so excited to have warm summer weather finally! I am so happy to be able to pack away the snow suits and snow boots. We took the kids to the duck pond yesterday and they had lots of fun feeding the ducks. 
Cassidy and Aidan found a hole in a tree and Cassidy was peaking inside looking for treasure.
Liam is already for bed in the picture!! He loves sitting in Aidan's big fuzzy chair. I think I will have to get him one of his own for his birthday.
So this is what came to my door today! What a nice surprise. I joined a message board when I was pregnant with Liam for moms due the same time I was. Ever since all of our babies were born, we have started a private board and there are about 20 or so faithful ladies all over Canada,United states, Australia and Germany called JUNEBUGS that post there. Anyways, we have secret mommies (yes, sounds cheezy but quite fun!) and this was a surprise from mine , just had to share!
We are excited to finally have weather in the 20's! We ventured out yesterday to Harbor view and the kids enjoyed playing on the pirate ship playground. Here are some pics to share our adventure!
We have 2 playgrounds right next door which the kids are sure enjoying. Even though it was chilly yesterday, it did not stop them from having fun.
so we are all settled into our temporary home. The townhouse is huge and the kids have plenty of space to run and play. We have spent the last few days getting things in order. We have driven by the house we bought several times and hope to get into it one of these days. The posession date is set for April 30. So now all we can do is wait and plan for the new house.
We think it is rather amazing how everything is working out.
